White stuff in my pee pregnant

88 things nobody tells you about being pregnant. Pieces of tissue in urine. I've had what looks like pieces of toilet paper in my urine now for about three months and was starting to feel like a nut case cause no one seems to think it's important. When I pee'd in the cup there was white stuff floating in my urine. Can endometriosis cause infertility?
